21 July 2012 Go to site https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/ and on login click on forget password, the there you can select pan data and if you give correct detaiol you will get password in your mail ID

21 July 2012 you had last option to mail at cpc with all detail then they will mail a fresh password in your ID but it will take 5-6 days

21 July 2012 Mail on above mail Id you will get reply with password in 5-6 days, but mail full detail with scan Pan card and last return file date & ack. No.
