efiling of returns for AY2009-10

Hi every body,
I'm trying to do efiling of itr 4 of AY2009-10. While uploading the xml file, a error msg box stating "the file name has special characters, remove and try again". can any body please guide me or reply on this?:)

May be while filing in itr you have use special char, just check properly every sheet..remove that and try later..
