05 October 2015 Dear All, I have a query, whether we can file a income tax return of previous year of assessee, when pan card was made in current financial year? Regards, Dipesh

05 October 2015 Yes you can . Allotment of PAN at a later date is nothing to do with disclosure of income of earlier year

Thanks for your reply.
Also let me know only previous year ITR can be filed or we can file a last two year ITR for assessee.
Assessee (Women) income is from rent by cash but doesnt cross income exemption slab. No there is no income tax generated as per income tax slab.
