26 September 2010 Dear Sir,

This year we have one individual client Mr. C. B. Kaimal - PAN ADVPG7643R.

His PAN was already registered on the web site of the Income Tax before three years where his accounts were audited by some other CA. Now his password is not available and he does not have his secret question and efiling ackg. numbers.

How to file his ITR of A. Y. 2010-11 on line as his accounts are under audit for this year ?

27 September 2010 I don't think you would have valid mail id which would have been registered with efiling. otherwise you just put mail from that mail id to IT deptt and they will reset your password.

However, if you do not have mail id too then i think no option but to talk to Aykar Sampark Kendra customer care they will solve problem

06 October 2010 DEAR VIMAL JI, YOU CAN TRACK YOUR LOGIN PASSWORD BY GOING TO INCOME TAX INDIA E FILING SITE AND THERE IN LOGIN DETAILS CHOOSE FORGOT PASSWORD OPTION AND THERE PUT LAST YEAR RETURN FILING NUMBER WHICH YOU CAN GET FROM LAST YEAR IT RETURN COPY. AND THERE GIVE OTHER DETAILS AND THERE AFTER GET NEW CHAGED LOGIN PASSWORD.

IF YOU HAVE DIRREDRET E MAIL ID THEN YOU CAN UPDATE YOU E-MAIL ID AFTER LOGIN IN LAST RIGHT HAND SIDE OPTION OF SELECTION OF CHOICES AFTER LOGIN.
