Is Pan Based Digital Signature compulsory to E file ITR 6 ?

It is compulsory for first time e-filing.

From 01/08/2010, PAN encrypted Digital Signature is mandatory for filing ITR 6 for the first time.
If the company has registered a DSC earlier, The return can be uploaded without PAN encrypted DSC as well.
