1. Removal/ resignation of Directors will be effective from the date mentioned in the resignation letter or date of board Meeting if no date mentioned in the resignation letter.
2. for appointment of Director: he is eligible to attend the meeting in which resolution for his appointment to be passed as Invitee. But as a director he can attend the subsequent board meeting
