31 July 2009 as FBT and CTT abolished by the Govt.\

Now the salaried person who were exempted from tax on perquisites due to FBT, are these perquisites includible in the taxable income under the head salary.

the amendments made in finance budget 09, are they applicable for May 2010 attempt for IPCC and CA final students.

31 July 2009 NO. not necessary to fill in the ward no details in ITR as that is not mandatory.

31 July 2009 As per Mr. Marella said, it is not required to fill the ward, but in case you want to submit your ITR as in hard copy you can check your jurisdiction though the depicted link:-
