The status of a company is dormant as the company has not filed annual accounts and returns for the last 7 years. now the company wants to opts for EES.
1. Is it required to file returns for all the years ?
2. I understood that it is required to make an application to ROC for making a dormant company active ? can anybody provide me the format of application ?
Please give me format of resolution if required
