One of my client share holding pattern is

20 shares others
980 by directors

I can go ahead with the procedure right

Please advice

28 August 2010 EES has nothing to do with sharehlding patter of the co. pls go thru the circular issued by MCA. if u fit in all parameters thn proceed. do it fast as 31st aug. 10 is the last date for the scheme.
