In Noida, where can we Registered Educational Trust Deed.

Registration of trust deed is to be done under the local stamps and documents registration law, but its better to get it wetted by the Income Tax Dept first so that their objections can be taken care off before registration, if its not done already.

Both are necessary for (1) income Tax purpose and(2) as per the local stamps and document registrations laws of any state.

Submit the draft deed to Income Tax first and get it wetted by them this will take time Registration under the stamps regulations is a formality to be completed later.
