i am a ca final student and also pursuing cs and m.com. i am quite sure of passing all of them. my query is what are the qualifications required in order to get a job in the ministry of finance or rbi. is it necessary to have a degree in economics in order to work in credit rating agencies.

You have to qualify the IRS examination of IAS and then wait for advertisement for any post in the ministry of fiance and RBI. Now, it is important which post.
