12 January 2011 Sir,

I am having following queries with respect to Easy Exit Schemev - 2011.

1.A Company which had carried its operations 1 year only after its Incorporation ( incorporated during 2003) and filed Form - 20B, 23AC,23ACA with ROC for 1 Year only.It has not filed any annual forms thereafter.It has not properly closed as per Co. rules.and in MCA's Website the Co. Status shown as Active.


2.Now the Query is Whether the company has to file such annual forms up to 31.03.2010 and then go for EES?.
OR
3.whether the company is eligible for EES without filing of such Annual Forms.

12 January 2011 EES will apply on this company. If no transaction has been done since 2003, Annual form for previous years need not to be filed.
