Easiest way of closing a private limited company

11 March 2016 Dear Experts ,

I want to close a private limited company immediately as the directors are going abroad.The company has no liability or debtor/Creditor etc.
Which is the fastest/convenient way to close a private limited company.
For Fast track exit i have to wait for 1 year i guess(if the company does not do any business for one year) ??
Please help??

11 March 2016 There is only one option that is FTE, other option is winding up for closing company, but the fastest way to close the company is FTE only

11 March 2016 for FTE i have to wait for one year without carrying on any other business ????

11 March 2016 No you can reply while filing an application to ROC that since our business does not last long for 6 months so go for the closure, you can consult roc in such matters directly, they will give you better output as they are the one who will going to approve your form
