Mr. X made sales to 5 different parties and delivered the goods in his owned vehicles to the parties. 3 invoices were of above Rs. 50000.00 and 2 of below Rs. 20000.00.
Is he required to generate waybill for all 5 invoices or 3 invoices. Kindly plz guide.

For three Invoices above Rs.50K you have to prepare E-way bill. For the two invoices if they are sent separately without combining with Rs. 50 k, you need not generate e-way bill.

Thank you so much Sir for your guidance. This means if all five invoices of difference consignee are sent in one vehicle then ewaybill for all invoices need to be generated.
