E-way bill generation difficulties

01 February 2018 Dear Sir,
My company is a Carpet Manufacturer and made invoices in foreign currency i..e. in USD and Export Goods with LUT bond without payment of GST. My question is while generating E way bill What is to be filled in the following field:
1. Product name
2. description
3.Taxable Value (invoice prepare in Foreign currency, so how can I fill this )
4. Tax Rate (Since in export CGST & SGST not highlighted but IGST and Cess are highlighted)
5. Approximate Distance (from which place to which place)

Please suggest.

Tax Rate (Since in export CGST & SGST not highlighted but IGST and Cess are highlighted) IGST rate applicable to that product 5. 05 February 2018 sir, we record our sale as per B/L date and sale amount from shipping bill, so at the time of sending goods, both B/L and shipping Bill are not available, further since we Export under LUT bond then if I fill IGST applicable rate, the invoice Value got Changed because there is NO GST charged on Invoice (As Export Under LUT Bond), so Please clarify these point keeping in mind as this is the case of Export with LUT bond
