E way bill for machinery brought for rent (interstate) read

We are getting one machinery for rent from Delhi. We are registered dealers in Karnataka. Kindly advice us how do we need to raise the E way Bill? Is it on the basis of delivery challan? Party is not ready to give the invoice for the same.

Party should provide invoice for supplying of renting service.However machinery can be delivered on the basis of delivery challan along with E-way.E-way bill will be prepared by the person who is causing movement of such machinery from Delhi to Karnataka.
