30 September 2019 Is it legally allowed to generate e - way bill of today's date and physically dispatch the goods tomorrow or at a later date?

01 October 2019 Dear Sir, E-Way bill must be generated before dispatch of Material of your Premises. As per Changes in E-Way bill form Now you have to mention pincode of Premises from where material is to dispatch and the ultimate Delivery Point. According to which your Distance is calculated automatically. And Validity of E-Way bill is according to distance between 2 Point. So you have to take care of it. If your material is delivered within specified period then you can generate E-Way today and Deliver material on Next Day. However, in case of default in Timing's it is very costly affair
