"e way bill generated by others" a massage came by SMS, what is meant that and what should I do?

if you are not the party for that e-way bill then you can reject the same by login on the portal within 72 hours of generation of e-way bill. otherwise if actually you r the party then u don't have to do anything

I am not registered in e way bill system ,then how find that who are generated that e way bill?
