30 May 2012 Whether processing fees paid on sanction of Cash credit loan can be amortised over the period of the CC or should it be expenses off straightaway?

30 May 2012 I have filed e tds return 24Q, but the 24Q was rejected though there was no any correction require in the return. NSDL helpline center advised to file again the same return. I filed it but once again it was rejected with the reason that regular statement was filed earlier and so more than one regular statement cant accepted.

Now what should i do? As correction is not needed i cant file correction statement and nsdl shall not accepted regular statement?

Help me in this matter...

The Loan processing fees should be expensed straight away in the form of Financial Exps.
