How to fill details error free to remove Defaults.
Is it possible to download Form16A before the F.yr 2010-11.
Also is it possible to download Form 16 now?

No You can download form 16A from financial year 2011-12 onward. you can also download form no 16 with same procedure.

Ok. Some error occur while filing details like PAN or challan details doesn`t match etc , etc.
