07 August 2010 eSugam Form is one of eForm in the place of Form 505 or Form 515.

Before, receiving the goods (listed in the Notitication) or sending the goods to other states or within the State, the dealer require to update the details of the invocie like Inv. No. date, LR No. Vehicle No. etc., in the department's web site.

For smooth transportation via Check Post, every dealer may update the details through on line by using this eSugam Form.
