11 December 2010 Please give me of your valued advice to resove the following problems:
1.A Pvt. Ltd. Co incorporated in West Bengal.Whether the Co. are required to pay e-stamp for filling Form 5 and 2?

2. Is it mandatory to submit hard copy of Form 5, 2 and 32 in local ROC office?

as per that no need to pay stamp duty on increase in capital.
