E-return - micr code made mandetory

My Client is having a Saving Bank Account with the Bhandara Urban Co-op. Bank Ltd; Tumsar, Dist. Bhandara, Maharashtra. The Bank has no MICR Code. Whereas while filling E-Return, it asks for compulsory mentioning of MICR Code.
Kindly guide how to file e-return without having MICR Code at your earliest and oblige.

I think micr mandatory if you want refund through ECS but without it it cant be validated so you can try mentioning 000000000 in place of micr
