12 December 2009 WE HAVE SEND COPY OF IT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR
A Y 0910 TO BANGLORE BY ORDINARY POST.
HOWEVER, EMAIL OF RECEIPT FROM THEM HAS NOT COME.IT IS NEEDED FOR TAKING LOAN
IN SUCH CASE WHAT CAN BE DONE ?

12 December 2009 If still time is there (60 days); you can send it again.

You should have sufficient internal proof that you have posted it at the time, place and date.

Government wants that these type of returns should be filed with digital signatures to avoid forged signatures.

Although; for loan purpose the print of acknowledgment is sufficient.

They want only income proof and its filing.

12 December 2009 agree with Mr.Rakhecha that you have to send onceagain Ack. to Bangalore & also most important your Ack. can be use in your Loan Paper its not different thing you have already submitted your Return to IT Dept. through Internet.thats why you have to attached Ack. of 09-10 with Loan paper. ok
