Can I fill income tax return for F.Y. 2009-2010(A.Y. 2010-2011) online in December 2011? How much penalty impose on me for late filing?

Yes you can file IT return for AY 10-11 online now. Besides interest payable which is mandatory, you may have to pay a maximum penalty of Rs 5000 if and when imposed.
