If i have filled my income tax return for F.Y.2007-08 electronically, whether it is compulsory to file income tax return for F.Y.2008-09 electronically or i can file it manually ?

No, you can file it manually also

each F.Y is seperate, so u can file Return of this FY manually. But if u r applicable to tax audit then u must file it electronically
