Hi
Our client is a partnership firm and going to file e-return for the first time. When i try to register for e-return, it says that the date of birth is wrong and when i enter the date of incorporation, it says it doesnt match with the database(PAN registration). How can i retrieve the date of incorporation as filed in the PAN?
Kindly help to file the return in due date.

Please ask your client to show the PAN Card.
Take the date from that card. It will definitely match with the database and you will be able to file the return timely.

Write a mail to Department. They will provide you with the right Date.

If you are sure that Date of Incorporation in Client's PAN is not accepted by the IT website, then you can call the ASK contact number 1961 and ask them for guidance.
