E Receipt of ITR V

I have sent down the ITR V of an assessee 3 times, whose ITR was filed online on 30/09/2009, to the address in banglore but no e receipt has been received on the given Email ID till now.
Plz tell what is the solution. Whether this return will be rejected or any other way of contacting or any helpline available in the concerned matter.

Kindly log on to income tax website with the PAN and check the status of the e-return filed by you. Then you will know the correct status.

many persons having this type of same problem but I know about receipt you have to do as mr. srinivasulu says log in to IT website & click on return process. you will find what you want.
