In Case of CA how can be file returns where one ID use only for 4 return file as per latest changes ?

as per my experience, we are not in requirement of change in the clients detail, which are already registered.
the new client to be registered only required the new ID and contact number.
it is better to create new ID in the name of client with our password.
so we can access the same
