Turnover of Rs 50 Crores is to be seen last year or any year.
If we have not issued any E invoice can we issue E invoice of April and May Month now.

06 June 2021 Turnover of 50 crores is to be seen from FY 2017-18 to FY 2020-21. If in any year it crosses threshold limit then E-Invoicing mandatory.
Yes you can issue e-invoice of April and may now, although it is a non compliance not to issue e-invoice on time. Plus your actual invoice will also have to be modified.

06 June 2021 You will require to re print invoices with new requirements in law for those on whom e-invoicing applicable
