18 June 2021 Dear Sir

We are having a turnover of more than Rs 50. But due to oversight we have not generated e invoice from 1 April, We started it from 1 June. How can we generate invoice of April and may month now . What are the consequences of not generating e invoicing. We are in the business of manufacture of pre fabricated builidng. Kindly guide what we can do now

18 June 2021 You can generate e-invoicing of april and may.The consequence is more on your customer as he is not in the possession of valid invoice and will not be able to claim ITC if eligible since e-invoicing was not done. You may face penal charges of not generating invoice at the time of supply

18 June 2021 IRN generation date will be today but invoice date will be of April and May as the case may be

19 June 2021 Sir should we use Format A for bulk IRN generation available on e invoice site. Or some other utility. We have to fill all the invoices in one go or one by one

But I will suggest you use a software for it. Or configure your current software for it.

19 June 2021 Your e mail id, we have talked to tally personal, they told e invoice can be generated upto 3 days after that it is not possible
