This discussion addresses the challenge of downloading an e-invoice generated in April 2021, as the E-Invoice portal typically only stores data for two days. Unfortunately, there's no direct remedy for retrieving past invoices once they've expired from the portal. 12 June 2021 what is the remedy for this? If customer is asking E invoice and we do not have soft copy..although e invoice was generated...i have eway bill too
