This discussion addresses the challenge of downloading an e-invoice generated in April 2021, as the E-Invoice portal typically only stores data for two days. Unfortunately, there's no direct remedy for retrieving past invoices once they've expired from the portal. The suggested workaround is to quote the Invoice Reference Number (IRN) when a customer requests a copy of an e-invoice that can no longer be downloaded.

11 June 2021 E-Invoice portal do not store information for more than 2 days.

12 June 2021 what is the remedy for this? If customer is asking E invoice and we do not have soft copy..although e invoice was generated...i have eway bill too
