25 June 2014 In e-form INC 21, particulars of stamp duty payment has to be filled in clause 5. In case of private limited company, which amount has to be filled up the said column,ie., stamp duty paid at the time of incorporation or zero should be filled in.

06 July 2014 ROC office informs Rs.25/- worth stamp paper should be attached with INC-21 and the particulars of that stamp paper should be filled in clause 5 of the said form.
