Yes please visit incometaxindia.gov.in site and adpot the procedure as per demo

soft copy of ITR's are available on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in and fill the return and submit online. Even individual can file the return online.

Yes.you can file the e-return for individual also.Rule is very clear in this matter and gives option to taxpayer to file the return either in paper form or through e-filing
