sir,
i was filled form pas-3 in july 2016 for allotment of share accordingly on mca portal companies paid up capital has been increased but now i have filled form AOC-4 when AOC-4 get approved on mca portal the paid up capital of the company reduce to paid up capital before filing pas-3.

You must have filled up incorrect figures of paid up capital!!

allotment has taken place in FY 2016-17
AOC-4 filled is for 2015-16 then how i will considered allotment in balance sheet as on 31st march 2016
