Whether assessee can e-file his return of income before the audit report uploaded by CA.

We have filled return of income before audit report is uploaded by CA.

13 September 2013 e-filing of ITR and Tax Audit report are independent actions. However, it is advisable to first upload tax audit report and then file IT return.

Moreover as you need to fill date of furnishing audit report which is date of efiling audit report

however if you already uploaded return leave it,,and ask ur auditor to efile audit report
