14 May 2010 After the E-Filling we acknowledge the same in income tax department within 15 days unfortunately i am not acknowlege the e-filling paper so what panalty we bear for that kindly expain, sorry if any mistake because i am new

14 May 2010 No penalty is leviable. You have 60days time. Now you can resend the same by registered post or speed post.
