After the E-Filling we acknowledge the same in income tax department within 15 days unfortunately i am not acknowlege the e-filling paper so what panalty we bear for that kindly expain, sorry if any mistake because i am new

No penalty is leviable. You have 60days time. Now you can resend the same by registered post or speed post.

Agree but you have 120 days time not 60 days. as per Notification issued in January 2010.
