25 February 2016 I have filed my income tax return for the A.Y.2012-13 Dt. on 01/08/2012 by e-filing.
In this case i have not send ITRV (Acknowledgement) to Bangalore.
And then i send the ITR-V Acknowledgement to Bangalore CPC on 15-12-2015.
Now I have received from CPC i was send the ack after the due date.
So i am not able to get the refund for the above Asst .Year 2012-13.
If there is any possible to receive my refund for the Asst.Year 2012-13.

27 February 2016 In case one miss to post ITR V to bangalore within 120 days then he can send it later when department open their window for such non submission. Unfortunately that date is already gone and now you can even not able to file fresh return as date for that filling of return is also gone.
but you have one option, you should write latter to commissioner of income tax of your jurisdiction and demand your refund. Now he can only give you the refund.
