while efiling the revised return the web returns same stating "error & null"resubmit the "proper Xml"
What is the reason?
And how to fix the problem?

i think ur xml file is not proper bcoz u r convertaed it from Excel file. I have already face the same problem some times when i was not using software so Use Proper software for filling Income tax return.

The reason may be the xml file could not genrate properly. genrate again xml file then try again.
