E-filing password

11 December 2013 Hi All!
There is client of ours who has forgotten the password of efiling. We couldnt apply those three steps given so we sent the mail at validate@ income tax and it replied that password will be sent only to the registered id. Now the client is also not aware of the registered email id because for a short span her case was handled by another professional. Even if he has registered his own id he is not ready to cooperate.
Is there a way to work around this registered id problem? Please help.

30 December 2013 you dont need password of eifling website to file income tax return with taxcloud india webiste

so file income tax return with taxcloud india.com and reset your efiling website password with the ITRV generated and bank account number used there
