Hi All! There is client of ours who has forgotten the password of efiling. We couldnt apply those three steps given so we sent the mail at validate@ income tax and it replied that password will be sent only to the registered id. Now the client is also not aware of the registered email id because for a short span her case was handled by another professional. Even if he has registered his own id he is not ready to cooperate. Is there a way to work around this registered id problem? Please help.

you dont need password of eifling website to file income tax return with taxcloud india webiste . . so file income tax return with taxcloud india.com and reset your efiling website password with the ITRV generated and bank account number used there . .
