IS IT COMPULSORY PARTNERSHIP FIRM TO FILE IT RETURN BY E FILING

Partnership firm will have to file the return electronically if it satisfies ANY one of the following conditions:
1. Its TOTAL INCOME exceeds Rs. 5 lakhs.
2. It is liable to get its accounts audited.
If it DOES NOT fulfill BOTH the above conditions, then it is NOT required to furnish its return electronically.
