03 December 2012 I would like a clarification for the following issue:
If original return of a company is filed and uploaded with digital signature in the name of one director, can the revised return be furnished with digital signature in the name of another director?

Kindly advise on the same.

but my query is something like this ;
In case the original return was uploaded with the digi sign of Mr. X and now we have the digi sign of Mr. Y who is also a director.So can we now upload the revised return with the digi sign of Mr. Y.??
