E-Filing of Returns

My Auditor asked me to file the returns in manual since the assessee has been expired hence it will be easy to follow his refund, But i mistakenly e-filed it.
I asked with my auditor whether we can file revised return in manual he said NO..
Now what can i do...?? is there any way to file it manually again..??..

You cant file manually now, its not a problem if filed online also, dont worry not much diff......
