E-Filing of Returns

29 January 2010 My Auditor asked me to file the returns in manual since the assessee has been expired hence it will be easy to follow his refund, But i mistakenly e-filed it.
I asked with my auditor whether we can file revised return in manual he said NO..
Now what can i do...?? is there any way to file it manually again..??..
