in case the assessee desires to convey something by the way of seperate note which may be essential , whether it is possible in efiling of return of companies?

NO ATTACHMENTS ARE ALLOWED IN EFILING.
HOWEVER IF YOU MAKE EFILING WITHOUT DIGITAL SIGNATURE,THE HARD COPY ALSO NEEDS TO BE FILED IN WHICH CASE YOU MAY ATTACH ALL DESIRED INFORMATION AS PER YOUR COMFORT LEVEL.
ALSO AT THE TIME OF SCRUTINY ASEESSMENT OR EVEN DURING APPEAL STAGE OR EVEN AT FINAL APPEAL STAGE AN ASSESSEE EITHER BY THEMSELVES OR THROUGH THEIR AURHORISED REPRESENTATIVE MAY SUBMIT ALL DOCUMENTS WHICH THEY FEEL ESSENTIAL TO PRESENT THEIR POINT OF VIEW OR SUBSTANTIATION.
