16 August 2010 Can an assessee (company) e-file its income tax return for the previous year's 2003-04 to 2005-06 as on date? It had not filed its returns earlier.

16 August 2010 no. Return for F. Y. 2008 - 09 & 2009 - 10 only can be filed.

16 August 2010 No it cannot be filied manually as the return is time barred.

And sachin you have replied agreed on a question? So on what are you agreeing with question or answer?
