10 June 2010 Source Document denotes the challan No.by which some one pays the duty by means PLA,i.e.your 5 digit banking code 8 digit ddmmyyyy [the date on which the payment made] then 5 digit challan no. total 19 digit code to be used at the time of filing online ER-1 return.
