what will happen when digital signature is not attached during the e-filing for the tax audit U/s.44AB for individual and firms?
Is return will became invalid when digital signature is not attached for above cases?

In case of companies and tax audit cases the return will not be uploaded on the site without digital signature.

i agree and in other cases if u have filed return without digital signature than u need to send signed itr v to bangalore

digital signature is mandatory in case of companies and tax audit cases. Other than these any return filed without digital signature than you required to send signed ITR-v to CPC-bangalore within 120 days.
