one Income Tax consultant used to do e filing of Income Tax Return of an assessee & the password & secret questions answer is also was in the memory of that I Tax Consultant now the person (consultant) expired without giving that password & hints answer to that assessee - now how that assessee is to e file the I Tax Return

25 March 2011 You can go with forgot password and there you can give previous year acknowledgment number and can create new password for same...
