08 December 2009 I had E-filed a return of an individual after the due date. But i could not send the acknowledgement within 60 days to CPC Bangalore.Now i again tried to upload the return , it the software prompted to file the revise return. Since the return has been filed after due date, I don't think revise return can be filed. Kindly suggest the remedy.

08 December 2009 I agree with, Mr. Prabhakar, U have to contact in personnel, Public Relation Officer (PRO) at Income Tax Office, to solve your problem.,

Any how I think that you have to submit the revised return and send the acknowledge for the same.

Please let me know It the above queries is correct / else what the best you get from the PRO.
