I have rs 31 lakh as my income in A.Y. 2012-13 but i filed return manually instead of filing it electronically. my return is declaed invalid by assessing officer. i have refund claim of rs 430000. Suggest me what to do

During year ended 31.03.2013 CBDT made mandatory filing of income tax return online whose income exceed Rs. 500000/-
